OMG!!! I have been off work for two weeks and now that I am back I am soooooo over it!! Getting up in the morning with three kids is not fun. I know some people think "oh you should be thankful for another day" yea I am thankful but not loving it. Remember ladies, my husband works offshore and is gone for 14 days every single month!! I am a single mom half the time. It is chaos and I am exhausted. I need to be a stay at home mom but cant afford to be one. How do single moms do it? How can I make my energy last all day?? How can I manage a home, kids, work, and marriage when all I want to do is sleep!! Ugh HELP!!

Last night while at Wal-Mart I saw they have prepared pasta. All you have to do it put it in the oven. I was skeptical as to how good it would be but I thought it was worth a try. I have three very picky little mouths to feed so I do not like to spend a lot of time preparing meals that will never get eaten. The dish only took about 30 minutes to cook as the directions said. It was a penne pasta with an alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, and grilled chicken strips. To my surprise it was wonderful. The sauce was very flavorful and the pasta was perfectly tender. I would have rathered fresh chicken in it but the kids liked it. It was so tastey the kids didn't even notice the diced tomatoes. I will be purchasing this again and again. You can find this dish near the deli section at your local Wal-Mart. I hope my opinion on this is true to your taste buds. (This is my own opinion, I was not compensated in any way for this review.)

Today started off pretty crazy. My one year old woke up in a great mood but did not want her hair brushed! My four year old did not want to get out of bed. My six year old was no longer my sweet little boy, he was Ben 10. Ben 10 does not like to get dressed for school. I also got to clean up the cupcake crumbs scattered all over my living room floor. I'm guessing there was a party last night I was not invited to. So we all were out the door by 7 am. As soon as I dropped the little ones off I noticed my gas light was on. GREAT!! I had to pump gas as I told my six year old that candy is not a good breakfast. I drove my 45 minute daily drive to work and made it right on time. Then I realized I left my darn diet coke on top of the truck when I was pumping gas. What a morning!!
